These terms govern your use of Monarch Advisory’s website, educational materials, quiz, and booking service.

Educational service only

Monarch Advisory provides financial education, general information, and contract analysis. It does not provide regulated investment, tax, legal, or financial advice and is not licensed by the Czech National Bank (ČNB) as an investment firm or financial intermediary. You remain responsible for your own decisions and should seek suitably qualified professional advice where needed.

Bookings and communication

When you book a call, you agree to provide accurate contact information. We may cancel or reschedule an appointment when reasonably necessary. Confirmation, cancellation, and rescheduling links are sent by email.

Acceptable use

The Contract Clarity Call and Financial Pulse Check are free introductory conversations. Detailed contract analysis is part of the paid Checkup. After an introductory call, any proposed paid service is described in writing with its scope, fixed price and payment instructions. Booking a free call does not commit you to buying a service.

A paid and completed Checkup creates a credit equal to its price towards The Monarch Path or Monarch VIP for 60 days from delivery of the report and completion of the explanation call. The written proposal states the exact expiry date and remaining balance. The credit is applied once, is not transferable and is not a cash refund. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights, which are addressed in the written service agreement before payment.

Use of the service

You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use its materials unlawfully. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service or its users.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Monarch Advisory owns the website and its original materials. You may use free resources for personal, non-commercial learning; you may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell them without written permission.

Liability

We aim to keep information accurate and useful, but provide the service on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Monarch Advisory is not liable for decisions, losses, or damages arising from reliance on educational content or use of the website.
