Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 September 2026
Monarch Advisory provides financial education and contract analysis. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our website, booking service, quiz, or contact us.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, booking notes, quiz answers, and messages. When you book a call, we also process the appointment time and your time zone. Our website may collect limited technical information necessary to operate and protect the service.
How we use it
We use this information to deliver requested resources, send guide-verification and booking emails, arrange or manage calls, respond to you, improve the service, and prevent misuse. We do not sell personal information.
Optional email follow-ups
Requesting a guide, completing the quiz or booking a call does not subscribe you to marketing. If you select the separate optional checkbox, we send three educational follow-ups over eight days. We record the consent wording version, consent date and any withdrawal. Every follow-up includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing; it does not cancel requested service messages or appointments.
Contact records and campaign sources
We keep a contact record with the information you provide, the source or campaign code in the link you used, appointment progress, and manually recorded service-payment and Checkup-credit dates. We use this to follow up on requested services and understand which introductions are useful. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or account-access credentials through our forms.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare for hosting and security, Supabase for application data, Google Calendar and Google Meet for appointments, Resend for transactional email, and Zoho Mail for business email. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.
Retention and your choices
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, legal obligations, and record keeping. You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdraw email consent by contacting us. You may also cancel or reschedule a booking using the link in its confirmation email.
We review inactive non-customer leads after 12 months for deletion. Limited consent and unsubscribe records may be retained to demonstrate your choices and prevent further unwanted messages. Customer and payment records follow applicable record-keeping obligations. Retention reviews are performed manually.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
